ONGOING TRAINING

The more you invest in yourself, the more successful you will become in your XanGo business.  So make time each week to listen to conference / webinar calls, CD's etc. It will build your belief in XanGo, the industry and most importantly yourself.

Online training audios: www.247audios.com -  (this was formally choices411.com) - a wide range of excellent recorded calls by leaders in XanGo such as Bob Schmidt, Glenn Sparks, medical doctors etc.  There is now a small monthly cost to gain access to these but it is a worthwhile investment for the information you get access to.

HOW TO BUILD AND

STRUCTURE YOUR BUSINESS

To maximise XanGo's unilevel compensation plan, you must build both depth and width.  Depth creates teamwork, structure and stability, whilst width creates more profit.  If you want to create an effective team, it will be in your best interest to build in depth first.  There are very specific rules that must be followed to maximise payout in the compensation plan and to retain customers and distributors for the long term.  Check with your upline how to build and structure you business for success.


XanGo BACK OFFICE

The Signup Process

Enrolling new distributors only takes a few minutes. We encourage you to be involved with the process to ensure that the new distributor is sponsored and placed in the correct position. We currently use MyJetSteam for the signup process.

Once you sponsor somebody into XanGo we suggest you send them a 'Welcome' email.  We've included a template you can use for customers and distributors.  We've put this into a MS WORD document so you can adapt the text to suit and put it into your own email editor to send to each new person you sign up.  Click here for template.  If you sign up your new person you will have to inform them of their distributor ID# and password so a welcome email is a great way to do this. 

The 2 documents referred to in the Welcome email are the XanGo report and XanGo's Distributor/ADP application form.  You will find the 2nd form via your new XanGo back office:
         - select Business Tools -> Library
         - then click on your country. 
         - select Distributor Agreement, print, complete and return to XanGo within 30 days of signing up - this is important so best to     do it right away and then you won't forget.

 


YOU are the CEO of Your Own Business

Your sponsor is NOT there to build your business – that’s your responsibility.  See yourself as the leader of your own team, the CEO of your own company and take whatever action is required to support your team and build your business - your sponsor can help you with this.  Aim to get to the point where your business will continue to grow even when you go away on holiday (this is what residual income is all about!)

 

REMEMBER – this business works but you DO have to work it.
